DePure’s products are under the Internationally approved accreditation AS/NZ ISO 9001. Our tapware range is licensed to AS 3718 with Water Mark and WELS.
With proper use and care, all DePure products can provide with many years of reliable service.
All warranties are implied by Part V of the Trade Practices Act in relation to goods supplied or installed within the Australia.





DEPURE TAPWARE
DePure will repair or at its option, replace any goods, which are proved to be defective through faulty workmanship or materials within 12 month of the purchase of the goods, 12 month warranty on parts and labour and 5 years warranty on the components in the ceramic disc cartridge, subject to the following conditions:
Domestic product is used in domestic circumstances not in commercial ones.
The product is used in its correct application.
The product is installed to the appropriate Australian Standard and DePure’ installation instructions.
The product is installed by a licensed plumber.
Ceramic disc warranty is voided if water pressure exceeds 1000kpa.
 

Warranty Exclue

Defects in goods caused by improper use, improper installation, surface damages caused by installation, improper care of goods will not be covered by this warranties.

DePure will repair or, at its option, replace any of the above listed parts that are found to be defective through faulty workmanship.
